When Premier Exteriors was created the goal was to "attract educated costumers who truly understand quality and value!”

Premier Exteriors felt that by attracting this type of customer, it would enable us to offer more choices and allow for more opportunities when remodeling their home.

Premier Exteriors’s business model is not conventional for this industry. Most companies will limit your choices. Also they make their decisions on which products to sell based on which supplier is offering the best price. Premier Exteriors knows that today’s homeowners have done their research; they are aware that there is more than one product on the market, and we all know that one product is not best for every homeowner! At Premier Exteriors, we do things a little differently: we show the manufacturers and suppliers how we present out product lines and we have them compete to offer US the BEST prices for our future clients.

Premier Exteriors’s marketing approach is broken into thirds:

Canvassing

For each job we install, we introduce ourselves to the neighbors, informing them about the work we are doing in their neighborhood and offering them a free estimate.

STARR 99.1

We have a 4 year relationship with this 50,000-watt Christian radio station in Somerset County. 99.1 has expanded our market throughout north Jersey. Our commitment to the listeners has established quite a reputation for PE, making us the first choice in remodeling amongst their listening audience.

Referrals/Showroom

We are happy to say that the final third of our business comes to us. This is a result of our business model and marketing plan. Either through referrals and/or our showroom (located in central New Jersey) we have established ourselves as a reliable option for consumers looking for variety and competitive pricing.
