Premier One Energy Savings Pledge

This Pledges a savings of at least 30% of "Energy Consumption" for heating and cooling this residence at the address shown below during the 12 month period beginning with the date of the Pledge. If energy savings are less than 30% of the previous 12 months' energy consumption, the homeowner will be reimbursed the difference between actual savings and 30% of energy cost for the previous 12 months. In the event energy savings are less than 30% of the previous 12 months' energy consumption, the homeowner should notify Premier Exteriors who will provide the homeowner with the necessary forms to file for benefits under this Pledge.

THIS PLEDGE IS BASED ON ENERGY CONSUMPTION, NOT COST. IT IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS:

• This Pledge covers only the Premier One Series Windows with high performance glass.*
• This Pledge covers only single and two family dwellings.
• Complete installation of these windows is defined as all the windows on this residence except in the unheated or cooled areas such as attics, basements and outside porches.
• Maximum payment under this Pledge is $500.00.
• Claims under this Pledge must be filed in writing with support evidence within 30 days after expiration of this Pledge to Premier Exteriors.
• Homeowners must properly maintain heating and cooling systems.
• All doors must be energy efficient and weather tight.
• Proper allowance for abnormal weather conditions shall be made in adjusting a claim.
• Reimbursement at rates prevailing at the time of window purchase.
• All claims are subject to an inspection by a Premier Exteriors system engineer.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is hereby agreed and understood that this Pledge only be effective if the homeowner located at the address shown above, has purchased a "Complete" installation of Survivor insulated replacement windows with high performance glass* and is effective on the date shown.

*High performance glass systems are hyperglass and foam-filled.
